How the treatment works
Conversation — training load, target muscle groups, problem areas
Body warm-up with oil and wide glides
Deep kneading of the large back, hip and shoulder muscles
Focused work on tight, «stuck» areas
Passive stretches and joint work within a comfortable range
Tone-down with finishing strokes
A minute of silence and warm tea

The treatment is not recommended in cases of:
Fresh injuries and acute pain of unclear origin
Cold, fever, inflammation
Skin irritation or damage
Blood clots and pronounced varicose veins
Hypertension in acute phase
